Suitable for a holiday home, or a semi permanent residence. (Available to live in full time, as organised with the leaseholders).
Lease costs are $640 per month, this includes power, water, and security.

Very short walk to the sand dunes, and some local hikes, playground in the backyard and two more local playgrounds.
